Stuffed Peppers With Simple Ingredients

The first thing that should be done is to get a large pot of salted water to a boil. Meanwhile, the tops off the bell peppers should be chopped and the seeds removed. The bell peppers should be cooked in boiling water for five minutes and then drained. Now, salt should be sprinkled inside each bell pepper, and all six should be set aside.
Stuffed Peppers Cooked With Tomatoes
The ground beef and onion should be placed in a large skillet over medium heat. They should be cooked and stirred until the beef is browned. This usually takes around five minutes. Now, the excess fat should be drained, and then the beef seasoned with salt and pepper. All this should be stirred in the tomatoes, half a cup of water, Worcestershire sauce, and rice. The heat should be reduced to low, and the beef should be covered and simmered until the rice is tender. This takes another 15 minutes. When everything is done, the skilled should be removed from the heat and stirred in cheese.
The oven should be preheated to 350 degrees F. Each bell pepper has to be stuffed with the rice and beef mixture and arranged in a baking dish with the open side up. The tomato soup should be placed in a medium bowl and combined with enough water to make the soup attain a gravy consistency. This should be poured over the bell peppers and covered with aluminum foil.
The stuffed peppers should be baked in the preheated oven until they heat up on the inside and the cheese gets melted and bubbly. This takes around 30 minutes.
